• Question: when did you know you wanted to be a scientist ??

      Hello away393paw,

      I have always been a curious person and I guess it was around my secondary schooling I was sure I wanted to be a scientist.

      I was always fascinated about science but didn’t know what it would translate into for me. When my sister was diagnosed with leukaemia and went for chemo, I would talk to her doctors a lot. That is when I made the decision that I want to learn how to make new medicines and learn about all the different types of medicines. I was 15 when I started to think about becoming a scientist, and 17 by the time I decided to study Pharmacy.
