About Me:
I really enjoy science and reading but also have a variety of other interests including Tennis, drumming and gaming!
-
My Typical Day:
I work with a variety of equipment. Ranging from lasers to clean room work as well as working through papers in the office if not doing experiments. One of the benefits of being a scientist is that you can have freedom to work on whatever you feel like each day! (mostly).

Go to the gym or play tennis early in the morning to wake myself up for the rest of the day. Get on top of emails and other small jobs then use that task ticking momentum to move onto bigger tasks like preparing small sample solar cells (as seen in the left picture) or analyse them with a laser mirror table set-up (as seen in the right picture). Afterwards, I find that cooking helps relax me after a long day and then I watch videos or play games in the evening.

What I'd do with the prize money:
Probably buy enough food to get myself through those long days in the lab 🙂
